They've already updated the game. So that part is finished adding everything that is to be added, but they've not updated the website yet. Probably don't want us to see exactly know everything. It would help though if they updated the Faq on that website. Since they have it updated on blizzard. My predictions is that soon. They will be showing the 5th character. In my opinion they might make a Dwarf, but I highly doubt it. Maybe something we don't even expect.

Also, months ago they said they would make the PvP better and much more fun. Since PvM is pretty much done and owning. Then again wait that was last year. I'm really looking forward of what they might of added.

plate wearing? does this mean there will be armor classes? like barbarian can wear plate armor and wizards can wear silk?

Yeah item restriction pretty much. There will so many items though.
