You spent way too much on gems, sell them all except for the one in your weapon. With that money you should be able to double your DPS while adding some survivability.
There are huge upgrades for almost all slots for about 500k-1m each, e.g. Tal Rasha helmet, Tyraels armor, rings with 4+ crit chance/crit dmg/int/@s, rare bracers with high int/crit/vit or res, Vile Ward, gloves with 150+ int and higher crit chance, boots with 150+ int
The gem in my helmet isn't mine, a guildie lent it too me, the rest of the gems I crafted.
