Get black damage weapon with life steal, socket, crit damage, try to search for some int/vit. 850+ damage on it should be enough, if you can get more, get more. Keep in mind that 900 dps weapon vs 1000 dps weapon is not 10% dps increase, because source adds considerable damage. Do not spend more than 40 mil. Use damage calculator to see what's better.
Get lacuni with high int, vit and all res. CC seems to be too expensive for the budget.
Get zuni boots, try to find ones with +armor (+all res are too expensive for your budget).
Zuni armor with high vit, should be around 15 mil. Sell tal armor, it's not for archon build, at least not for mid budget.

These 4 items won't be changed for a long time and are the core of a balanced archon build along with triumvirate.

If your triumvirate is less than 230 average damage, upgrade it - it's not expensive.

Everything else is quite obvious - CC, CD, int. Tal helm with high int and all res, pure dps jewelry and gloves (ave dmg, CC, CD, IAS, int - use damage calc!), cheap witching hour, vile ward. Get a lot of vit on pants - it's cheap and effective.

I am running the CM meteor build.
If there are flaws in my build please point them out it only helps me become a better player.
If not what should I try and reach I have 100 million for my upgrades any tips or advice would be very useful..

zuni boots with all res will boost your dps immensely. All res on witching hour. I don't like inna's pants at all, int/vita/all res blackthornes is a better choice. Try astral presence instead of evocation, diamond skin prism if you are tanky enough. I would use lighting affinity as a signature spell too.

Okay I switched those up luckily I didn't have to spend anything I did not jump dps at all with the boots As far as the signature spill lightning affinity seems a lot slower Or it may be that I am just not used to it.

well your zuni boots have rolled quite low int prop. However for future upgrades they are great since you gonna benefit a lot when switching to zuni's ring. Not sure about signature spell you gotta experiment here. Thing is, lighting affinity got one of the highest proc rates and it restores 3 ap per target per hit.
