Core of any Arcon build is melting mobs in an instant. So knockback won't really affect it if you got proper Arcon wiz. However, when fighting some fat elites it's important to keep them in your ray all the time. Knocking them back may slow overall killing time and thus affect speed of your arcon run in a negative way. In general, I won't recommend it.

I just got back into Diablo 3 and started maining a wizard so I could play with guildies since they're all geared enough for mp10 ubers.

Well tonight I tried Mp10 ubers with them knowing they would have to carry me 100% of the way, and they were right.

I have about 50m to work with, and I'm not looking for mp10 status yet, just maybe mp5 key runs easily with a cm build, I logged out in my Cm gear so you could see it, its only 90k dps though as I don't use glass cannon while doing it.

is there anything I can upgrade for easy survivability, that might be useful for archon as well, not as worried about that as I do 134k dps with archon gear and just blow through mp0.

Is it worth buying 50m, or will that not upgrade me enough I guess is my point, and thank you.

Edit: Adding the epic gem in the pants isn't mine and is a friends so I can't sell it, he'll be returning to D3 very soon and i'll have to return it.

Edit2: only thing from this wizard i've had to buy was the tals armor, the rest was given to me or scrapped from my old WD, so I didn't buy the items that aren't too great for my build.

Need advice on gear upgrade priority

If you wanna start somewhere start using chantodo's set. Although I recommend that you concentrate on solo arcon runs and save up to 250-300 mill before transforming into cm/ww.



Get more ias. You lack it badly. You should reach at least 2,74 aps in bubble. Start with Chantodo's Force with apoc. Try buying only 9 ias items.

good lacunis, ofcourse. You gotta have 24 movement speed for efficient arcon farming. Buy lacunis with crit chance and some defensive adds like all res or/and +armor. Don't use Force Armor, who does that.

Your skill build is awful too, where did u get that?
