Check out my Wd, I can run Mp 2 Act 3 from siege of bastions keep to azmodan in around 40 minutes I'd say. I think the builds are similar, but maybe the gearset is the main area. I saw that you said you needed pickup radius and I find that to be not so much as dps in my opinion. I usually never die for white monsters, so the extra pickup radius is nice to collect all that extra hp and mana but I have 0% radius and I do just fine with lifesteal, uhkapian serpent is my main offhand. I am 226K dps unbuffed with 23K hp which is nice because 1 crit and I can nearly regen all my health at once.
http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Pks-1961/hero/27003743Even though I have high dps, This tactic can be used in low dps, all I do is assign force stand still to my space bar, and use the left click and the space bar to avoid being hit while still tossing out an attack, ghostbomb hit's a lot of enemies.
No pickup radious is absoutly essential for running full speed and keeping your runs up at all times.
i could probably complete act three in under 20 minutes using this build with locust.
