I see alot of people talking about trying to find incense torch and thus waiting before changing to bell spamming build
People, its not a necessity if you dont do high grifts ( where you actually have to spam almost all the time because of reasons )
I did the same thing, complained about the chance of finding torch, but when I finally did ( 3300 crappy one ) I decided to try using my 3.4k furnace instead. Im currently doing max 35 grifts and mostly just spamming normal rifts trying to find upgrades to my gear, and works like a charm with furnace. Packs go down so fast you wont believe it, even with my crappy gear.
Why/How is it working without the 40-50% resource cost reduction to bell ?
1. Fire bell -> I use cindercoat with 30% resource cost reduction to fire spells
2. Resource cost reduction: 10% from captains set ( belt + pants ), 8% from shoulders, 8% from RoRG ( mine has dex+attackspeed+8%+socket), paragon passive 10%
3. Attacks per second 1.3 due to furnace being 1.0 base
4. Spirit regen:
- Air ally x2 due to *The Crudest Boots* ( you spawn 2 allies, you get bonus double, which also applies to fire ally if youre looking for extra dps to other builds - +20% passive dmg ) = +8spirit/second
- Exalted Soul + Chant of resonance = +8 spirit/second
-The Guardians Path = +15% to spirit regeneration ( this isnt the best choice, but I got it ... because of reasons )
=> results in 18,4 spirit per second regen. Doesnt sound like much but due to my cost reduction I can spam bell about 15ish ( never calculated, never had to ) times in a row without any other skill usage.
5. Cooldown reduction inorder to keep up Epiphany most of times, mostly for 2-3 packs at once or RG/Boss where I need to spam more than my spirit would otherwise allow me to.
- 10% passive from paragon
- 10% from captains set
6. Air ally activation every 24ish second incase of emergency -> 200 spirit instantly
7. I currently have reapers but honestly the only time it would actually do good is against high grift RG, currently looking for a replacement, I occasionally forget nemesis on and dont notice because I dont need reapers bonus.
This isnt the only possibility, theres still alot of things left to do and change if I would need higher spirit regen ( I could change Mantra to +3 spirit/sec one, and I could use sweeping wind with bonus at 3 stacks ) but I dont have to.
I realise that this might not work that good without using fire bell (obv due to cindercoat) , but I find fire bell most effective by far, I can always spam at one spot and clear the whole screen and I would recommend it to others aswell. If you go for holy/lightning/etc you could still easily do it but youd have to get the max spirit regen you can with skills and such.
Even better if you can keep up Epiphany more than I do, I could still get atleast the +20% CDR bonus passive if id want to, but I choose not to because I dont feel like I need epiphany.
