imo its buged cause it should work like this:

75-70=5 * (1-0,xy)

0,xy = cost reduction

but it works like this:

75* (1-0,xy) - 70

so when you have 6,6 % cost reduction its

75*(1-0,066) = 70,05-70 = 0,05 spirit
anything above 6,6 % cost reduction will not be noticed as spending spirit

which anything at all other than taeguk is a good thing.

just don't put it in paragon...

Pretty sure I've looted every other daibo multiple times now.. still no incense torch..

I've gotten about 1200 legendaries since the patch and only about 5 Diabos. No incense torch. Kinda annoying.

I got one yesterday but are they only good if they are ancient? or are they rare for a regular one also

i use some life/spirit spent.
i tried set up without tzo krin gaze yesterday and almost got killed on grift 36 (i m HC). with gaze i cruise that level easily and safely

using fire wave of light only costs me like 19 spirit so it doesn't give much for life per spirit spent

right now I use fire bell and I dont have a decent wukos ammy so i use the helm. Life per hit works good for me, but my torch wep came with 24k life per hit too.
