That eats into DPS a lot, especially if you stack CDR to keep it up more. At that point you're just kind hybrid zdps... and at THAT point, why not just full zdps >.<

No doubt but as I already said it's not working for me, I will try reducing the resource cost reduction. That will most likely fix it

thats with inna set is somehow bugged. cost is 75 and it first looks your cost reduction and then removes 70 spirit. so if you have more then 6.6 % cost reduction it will not stack taeguk. thats why i spent points in extra gold.
