its a monk only item, that gives exes to monk only stats

it have 1.03spirit regen from the 2.3
it have 0 life per spirit spent, from the 30

it have just 22% of the gzzniss that it can have!

Helm is valuable, but lacking crit, making it a no buy for me personally. Can get up to 6% crit, which is thousands and thousands of damage missed out on. Other than that, pretty incredible.

This is my monk. Currently act 2 inferno and he's doing just fine with his missing weapon/shield. Any upgrades you guys think I should do? Also, which would be the best route to go... getting another weapon or going with a shield? Been back and forth on that topic :lol:

add some crit chance/crit dmg and you're golden, with such stats you shouldn't have problems anywhere in the game

if you want to go with shield, add more block% (helm of command, justice lantern)

When I was going back and forth on whether to use shield or weapon... I thought about stormshield + helm of command. Since I lack crit, if I was to get dual-wield... I would have gone with loh + crit sword.

Shield #1`by far. The crit is very good.

If you are not lacking life I'd take that one.

my monk in a3, probably shouldn't have tried to tank the baneling at the end but whatever just testing video upload

how does my monk stack up to other monks? I don't think I have enough resist since I'm taking so much damage from all this elemental damage

if the ring i buy has 50+ res on it i might want to buy that helm :o
