not to sure if blessed shield build is viable for t6 speaking of efficiency

but i'll leave that to someone who know more and have actually played it in higher torments

Blessed shield is good decent for T4, T5 starts to get dicey.

you lack alot of cooldown reduction from your gear! try gloves shoulders rings and next patch even wep
