Hey MC, I got a shield question - Hellskull vs Hallowed Barricade - you say that Hellskull is the only shield to go.

I get that it gives you movement speed but by some simple testing I didn't notice a big difference. Is it the cooldown reduction?

Because right now I have these 2 shields at my disposal:
Hellskull
2003 defense
17% chance to block
+657 strenght
+699 vitality
5% cooldown reduction
+8.5% crit (rolled)

+7 max wrath


vs.

Hallowed barricade
1925 defense
20% chance to block
+20% holy dmg (massive dmg boost)
+645 strenght
+733 vitality
+8.5% crit
+156 physical
+27k health globes

NOTHING rolled on this one, so I could go for higher strength or crit...


Hallowed gives a mad damage bonus with 20% holy - I could also roll for higher strength.

Rally : Using Akarat's Champion reduces the remaining cooldown of your other abilities by 12 seconds.

Now that mixes things up quite a lot.

I just got to test everything just for an hour but i want to provide what i tested
Got my 6th piece of akkhan from kadala 30 minutes ago

Now you can see that im using the crimson set and the reapers wraps which just synergize perfect with the setup
I tested using 6 piece without ring of royal grandeur and with unity harrington and reduce CDR, dmg%heavensfury akkhan shoulders
and it didnt perform better
