Did you not see some of the pictures of the items?

Pretty clear they are adding means of customization in terms of builds through gear options.

"4% cooldown reduction" = same shit as "0.1 chance to stun one enemy"

everyone will just use whatever has crit damage instead

HAHAHA 3% decreased cooldown on 30 second skills. AWUW, look at the d2 unqiues or runewords that is real customization. Some trash that summons a little turd is a funny unique and all but it serves no higher purpose than just that. No they are not adding real customization it is still linear bullshit.

why the fuck do i even bother, this is just activision milking kids parents money, it is the same bullshit with a new act, new character and a few new items with the exact same concept ( reminds me of cod ). They didn't only manage to ruin the best pc game of all time with diablo 3 they turned it into a world of warcraft console game

It is more sad than mad tbh.

Fanboys gonna fan. Just look for a new game and stop giving blizzard the attention. Games shit and i wont make the mistake of buying the exp. Havent been in the d3 forums for a really really long time but i can see the same retards are still defending this shitty game.
