I have cold SOJ on scoundrel now and it doesn't seem to work at all. I have 10% blind chance though and knockback from windforce is nice. So its functional, but, yea not even freeze. Maybe I need to go with the Buriza to get the X% chance to freeze on hit?

I haven't tried windforce for monk but I don't see how knockback would be good...

I have a cheap rare bow with I think freeze or chill. Not sure atm. But it works well. Give him some vital crafted ammy and hf ring with attack speed.

It freezes a lot of mobs lol its acutally quite funny. Mini cm wiz

Btw I was wondering. If they don't touch elite density in 1.08 (only added more trash to levels), does it mean best DE farming spot will be still vota? ;/ kind of sux, getting tired of this area.

Unless adding more trash to the areas slows you down, then probably.
