Considering your current pants lacks resist you might want to switch your pants+lacunis for vita innas+ 6crit/200str crafted bracers. (costs about 40-60m)
Another option would be rolling a crit/CHD on amulet and get the crit/IAS from gloves. Both your current crafts have very high stats, so this would probably be a real pain (long term project).

Also, it might be time to go for a CHD+socket EF.

Great guide! Just made my barb with 150M (Gems and all). I've tested upto MP8 with no problems. Occasional deaths in small areas with arcane/poison/molten. But thats expected!
