After getting hacked this morning and then spending an hour on hold I finally talked to a rep. he spent most of the time trying to convince me that they need access to your email account to change your pass word. I tried to explain to him that is not the case they(blizz) just send you a email saying your pass word has been changed. I was hacked after purchasing and item in the AH. I have a feeling that the way the AH is set up it uses your bnet ID and pass word as an ID code on the transaction when gold is sent to another players account. so if you are receiving gold some where in the AH log is all your ID even though it dose not show who sold or purchased items.



BTW it was the KOREANS!!!! according to support and password change request country of origin
