yes d3 should be p2p, if you think 15$ per month is too much, your dumb as fuck, lets say you go to gamestop and buy fable III or the new bioshock for 60$ , you'll play for a week, maybe 2 and never play this game again... p2p games arent p2p for nothing, you play for months even years for a game that cost you only 15$ a month.. think about it
adding new content each month like wow would ruin the game, the reason I stopped playing wow is because I wanted to be good in pvp, but even if I had absolutly no life while I was playing wow, still it wasnt enough, each time I rushed to get new gear and then a new patch with new content was out with new better gear, not equal different gear, no, brand new gear with the same exact stats but just better, making old stuff useless and priceless, and I was getting owned by the super ultra no lifes, and when I finally got all the good gear in time, well fuck, I was a warrior and a warrior is no good without the 25 man raid weapon, wich mean, you must do a 5 hours raid each weeks, you have 1 chance on 2 for the weapon to drop, there around 10 guys on 25 that need it, so you have one chance on 20 to get it.. and... 1/3 of the time your raid fail and your saved (must wait next week) .. then another 1/3 of the time the raid leader ninja the weapon, each time I do a 5 hours raid each weeks, I have once chance on like 50 to get the weapon.. and if you dont have this weapon you'll never be good in arenas, in d2 it was extremely hard to get geared but once you are geared your actual gear will always worth the same, maybe a bit less maybe more and will always be good, yes in d2. exept for valks, gaze and stuff like that were not good anymore, but each 2-3 years, not each months
its okay if they add new content, but that content should give players new items models, new items equal to the old gear but with different stats, new classes, new monsters, new challenges, etc.. not like wow
Good response. I totally understand the (raid leader ninja'ing items.) Every time you talk to a GM or CSR, they say the cant be responsible for player item community or some bullshit.
Also whats 15$ a month? Hell i spend more then that on lunch with my work buds in one fucking day.
