You are arguing and not stating anything other than blah blah soj not as good.
If you have guideline aps to hit the soj is just gravy, don't start cap spamming because you're not stating your case properly.
you saw the math from Tommy few posts earlier. I am judging from my experience and freaking common sense. If you are reaching 3.00 or 2,74 aps (in bubble or without it) with your set of gear and skills, swapping 9 ias ring with soj would be a disaster you will lose wicked wind breakpoint and while your single hits MIGHT deal more damage (that really depends on the quality of that rare ring you were using) overall you will be MUCH less effective because your cooldowns will be slower, you will leech less, etc. To reach desired 3.00 aps (that is me
http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Mad1Lee-2243/hero/195500) I need one more 9 ias slot with bubble (that's going to be chantodo's force) with soj I will need two more slots that means I will either have to use Mempo (crit version is expensive as fuck) or Inna's pants (losing LoH and TONNS of ehp from blackthorns, gotta find very expensive rare amulet or use stormcrow). And that pain in the ass is just from losing 9ias, now I didn't even mention that rare ring or nice Zunimassa's Pox has crit chance (losing 4+ crit chance makes you actually feel that your wizard doesn't work as smooth) all res (very important for melee wiz), vita, crit damage/average damage (because you are not dealing exclusively with elites), LoH etc.
Did I state my case enough? Because I am really tired arguing about something as blatantly obvious as subject of complete incompatibility between CM/WW melee wizard and freaking SOJ.
