Depends on what it is you wanna farm (keys? exp? items?)
The lower the MP level, the more exp pr hour you will get (no matter how good gear you have).
I recomend MP1 since it has very high exp/hour and the item jump is just to great from MP0 to MP1.

Is grave injustice useless on higher difficulty ? Also my zombie dogs die really often on mp 4 +. Is there anyone with some advice i can use for that?

can we revive someone in spirit walk form? how many seconds does it take to revive someone? 5 seconds?

budget wd... 150m spent on main gear, 20m spent on 6/30/14pdart soj

Yes but you have to cast spirit walk before or it will cancel revive.

Why so much attack speed ? It's ''fake dps'' on witch doctor.

Exp & items really I'm not too fussed about the hellfire ring yet I wouldn't have a chance with that gear.

I've been playing MP1, I noticed the exp was pretty good I was getting 2 levels each run.

Any recommendation on what items to upgrade first?
