i found it today haha,found a few in the previous patch but all with ias (autoroll ofc) and other bad stats , this is my first good one as they spawn with a socet now

Pretty sure I read on patch notes it no longer rolls a base ias. Minesholy which is now not the top effective build

Cyclone strike question. Does cyclone strike proc unique gems and stun affix from weapons? I made a holy pull/palm Monk and it doesn't look like the cyclone strike is triggering Mirinae's smite. Thanks.
