i just ran 3,33 aps with stretch time, evocation and coldsnap^^

well, that's an overkill, 3 aps is more than enough. Should definetely use bone chill and +20%dmg to monsters rune on Slow Time (or just force weapon with blood magic or Familiar Sparkflint).

well try it then, the additional stun is cute, even vs. a single target you get perma stun and i mean perma, mobs dont even cast their shit anymore.

In terms of break even i agree, even 2,74 aps with way more dmg is better, but its a nice opportunity if you can easily reach that.
Especially cute vs ubers.

I am considering rolling a wizard but not really wanting too unless i can hit 120k dps.
