Well, I just tested it, I have 2.69 aps, another 9 ias slot gives me 2,84 and time stretch gives me exactly 3,00. So I am wondering if I reach next point or not.

On related note, does anyone has an idea how much old int/vita all res zuni boots can be worth?

I haven't played since the beginning of June essentially, so I've fallen behind since the IAS nerf and whatnot. So I was wondering what I could do to increase my DPS? Also if there is a specific build that's better for my gear than what I'm currently using (Blizzard kiting with arcane hydras). I don't have a huge budget, probably 10-20m.

that's too bad because all of your items are basically worthless now except maybe your weapon. Vendor all that ugly shit and build budget arcon wizard to speed farm mp1. Just google "bugdet arcon wizard", cba reposting crap that's been posted in this thread like on every page. If you got like ~200+ mill budget, you can build cm/ww wiz, but that's a different story.



don't spew, save for a bigger upgrade. I would start with getting decent .25 aps chantodo wand, you can buy a decent one for 60-100 mill. From there you can build decent cm/ww. You need to google wicked wind breakpoints and see what breakpoints can you reach with new weapon. Also check if Slow Time - Time stretch helps you reaching that new breakpoint, use it if it does, don't see why you need teleport. And I think you can try using diamond shards on diamond skin with prismatic armor on your force armor. You are welcome.

tp is good when dont have the best gear and need to escape cc cause not melting quick enough

not really, in most cases Slow Time - Time Stretch adds you enough ias to reach next breakpoint which will enable you to spam your spells more often thus leeching more. Not to mention it reduces received damage and makes dodging projectiles really easy.
