having trouble trying to replace this weapon



is there a weapon calculator that will tell me whats the min dps/dex/etc i would need to have a better wep? i found a 950 dps 105 dex fist wep the other day but it wouldve lowered my dps...

i have 790 all res, 1200 LOH, 1.69 APS and i do fine with molten. you dont need as much as he claims.

in which act? champion affixes do different levels of damage depending on where you are at.

ive cleared the game. i farm act 4 inf (get full neph stacks then kill diablo)

I aplogize i have 1300 loh... not 1200 that was a typo.

odd, i wonder if 500 loh makes such a huge difference. i have around the same APS with ~800LoH, ~830 Allres, and ~7k armor with enchantress buff, and molten still hurts quite a lot in Act 3. I can tank it for a few seconds before I need to pop serenity/reposition again.

i still get get how people make multi millions...

all i can say is a mass majority of players have given in to spending real money in the RMAH or bought gold online elsewhere.
I have farmed for about a month and not found a single item worth multi millions, i have found a grand total of 2 items worth 1 mil each, and everything else i cant even sell for 50k.

I should start getting shit for my monk again :).

crafting has definitely helped turn the market into shit

generally, it's a combination of getting really lucky with drops and/or with flipping stuff on the AH

and exploiting the shit out of things

the thing about this game is that wealth kind of snowballs - or at least it used to. once you got past the act2 wall and were able to efficiently farm acts 3/4, you were able to make a lot of gold, which in turn funded your gear progression much more quickly allowing you to do things even more quickly

with the nerfed drop rates in a3/a4, that's no longer the case as much. it's become a lot more of a lottery now than ever before.
