Hey MC, I was wondering if you know how Law of Valor -> UF rune and the 4 piece set bonus stack together.
Both decrease wrath costs by 50%.
Does it stack to 75%? or does it stack to 100%?
Or stack at all?

Should I reroll Wrath regen to CDR oder should I keep Wrath Regen and roll Max Holy Damage?

If I keep wrath regen, I have to roll CDR on my 2nd ring (instead of 50% crit damage)
