+1 to this, I do shortish runs (start on 2nd heart quest and run Tower of Damned 1 all the way through to azmo) plenty of 63s and I get alot of legendaries on this route compared to a full clear, because this route is very very elite dense and still quite dense with trash so more kills per hour = more chance of legendaries per hour rather than wasting alot of time in a full clear running from point to point without any elites or trash.

I just found some decent prowlers and find myself dying way less than before. i used to have 70@ more with my old cc, @, stats bracers... dunno why it is like it is... maybe the extra ias?
and yea... that 24% ms in combination with the boots is insane

how much did it cost you for ur setup

if your mainhand is a mighty weapon you can run with 25%+ cc pretty easy. ofc it's even more easier if you got more cc

no more screenies - either this is the 2nd player that died while playing too long or he ragequitted because his stash is full and cant sell his craps
