The skull grasp ring with at least 5 seconds 150+mill

So I'm looking to level a wd up today. Will have around 200m to spend on the gear. Any tips on what I would be looking for to make a generic zombie bear build?

For example, what stats would i want on my weapon? lifesteal, cd, int? or maybe loh?
which offhand? tott or serpent?
What all res and vit should i aiming for to farm mp3-5 without troubles?
Should I look to stack crit/chd? or maybe crit/ias with as much chd i can get.
Are there any types of set combos I want to work for?

Or maybe someone just has a thorough guide that I can read through and decide on my own?

in WD zombie dogs what its the most important dps stats? cc>as>cd or what? and what weapon i will use? a high one with +1.3 attack speed or the highest dps one?

replace spirit vessel with circle of life for regular mf but back to spirit vessel for ubers

Good but i use grave injustice so you can stay in spirit for 2x - 3x as long, which naturally negates a huge % of damage.

It also helps in higher mp's to be able to throw up a link link dog or garg when it dies much quicker.

A look at the freeze Doc, with a group, its cheap and tanky,great cc.
