Is sweeping wind viable? If soo what rune is the best

i use in INF act1/2 with blade storm rune
act 3 i cant do solo atm T_T

If you really want to use it, then use Blade Storm. I'm not sure of it's viability past Act 1, but I use Elective Mode and I use: Mystic Ally (Earth Ally), Breath of Heaven (Blazing Wrath), Blinding Flash (Faith in the Light), and Mantra of Evasion (Hard Target). Then for the Left-Click/Right-Click I use: Crippling Wave (Concussion) and Serenity (Peaceful Repose). This skill-set has been working out great for me thus far, but I'm sure you can go for a more offensive route rather than my defensive route.

Yeah im farming a3 just trying to find a way to speed it up.

should my monk dual wield? im confused on what build to use now. been using a shield for a while but its not really effective anymore. I got high loh but i attack too slow. its rly annoyin :/ i need some help with my build. I can solo act 2 easily...act 3 gets hard. 20k damage unbuffed

apparently damage and attack speed will alternate between attacks, but character stats like dex, loh, leech, crit all stack! if you attack with your menu up, you can see your damage fluctuate... so yes you will average your slow/fast weapon speed/damge

I'm watching this youtube vidoe trying out a new build, but i cant make my secondary, right click, sweeping wind.
how do i do that?
