wouldn't natalya boots + ring with crit and int be a top choice? maybe not for max damage, but crit does so much for you with critical mass and with this it's possible to gain 7 of it.
ofc it would be a very expensive way to go and u'd lose some crit damage and massive intelligence
sounds silly but
boosting your crit chance from 50% to 57% = 14%more critical mass triggery!
7ias boots, lets say, boosting ias from 80, to 87ias = 8.75%more ias = 18.3%more critical mass triggery!

but ofc not a bad idee, the boots also have res/armor/hi end stats
and posible you just reache a aps breakpoint whitout ias on boots
