with 3 affixes (4 - lvl affix must), you can only get 1os, main stat and avg dmg. you'd have to sacrifice a potential 600-900 hp boost for higher dps. im not sure how high this item can get, but it doesnt seem like its worth losing that much hp. i could be wrong. do we have any information on how high avg dmg can get on ilvl 35 itrems?

I have rolled 68.x dps onos with oS, 70 stat and ASI. Is that what you meant?

e/ i know what you mean. x-xx dmg. When I log in later I'll check and edit again.

e/ 11-23 dmg is the highest I rolled.

i just realized, with great sadness, you can't get level reduction on legendaries other than goldwrap (which spawns with it). :(

edit: scratch that. thats incorrect. just seems incredibly rare

Doesn't rly matter tbh, not many legs/sets with req lvl 20-40 anyhow, they should add some more

Very incorrect.

Some of the best lld items will be legendaires with -lv req.

I have already crafted about a thousand grand master uno's and not a single one spawned with the correct damage it should have been spawning with, nor did any of them get -lv5 lv req (only 1-4).

This leads me to believe it doesn't work correctly, or it's just beyond incredibly rare (highly doubt that).

It can get very high (11-25) is max i believe.

Thus you could have a level 30 wep with anywhere from 50-80 (considering perf ias/dmg/and the base dmg and base wep) base damage. Its possible to get around 110 damage on a lv30 rare wep, but extremely rare (probably off the top of my head im educationally guessing around 1/250,000 for a over all perfect damage with high beneficial stats, and 1/80,000 for a 80 with no beneficial stats but max damage).

Theoretically this would be that weapon.

With regards this is a int wep for probably a wd which would benefit slightly from a slower speed in some situations.

With a Radiant star ruby, it would be 103.5 dps at a absolute max.
