pants could have all res

gloves could have str and vita

missing a lot of STR on chest from no sockets

could upgrade emeralds



no u dont using the next tier down of gems would save you tons of gold and would perform more or less the same

okay i just looked at your example again...
and according to the numbers I can
afford losing some AR but not Armor on my Ammy
so I'd have to go for that more expensive option with less dps gain.
a 14k dps gain, still puts me at 140k so getting 10k+ from EF upgrade wont be all that hard to do

oh finally upgraded crit gem too, though 22M more gold hardly seems worth the 2k dps 10% CHD gives me lol

Didnt follow ur guide 100% but I was able to create decent barb with a low budget as well.(Tooks the core from ur build still, but I think I got carried away a bit with some purchases)

What ya think should be the first items to get replaced?

And I am replacing all the gems later.

So I upgraded my amulet and main hand. Swapped gloves for some extra all Res and can definitely see an improvement in dps and survival. I think from now on most upgrades are going to be pretty pricey for me.

FYI I have non-crit strength mempo, just using the Andy low level farming as it's a nice dps add.

on the chest and shoulders. how significant is the + armor

These pieces on the AH either don't exist anymore, or have skyrocketed to 50+mil a piece......

at the moment I can play pretty easily to MP4. I want to prepare myself to play MP7-8 for the next patch. Do you have any advice for me?
