has anyone taken into thought, that the "builds" that your so hesistant to give up or possibly not be able to achieve, will even be available in DIII, ive seen videos of beta play and automation design w/ new atts and a new platform for interaction, who says "zealer" will even be a possibility, who says that str and lvl requirements will match those from d2, and who says that your gfg "build" from d2 will even kill a base lvl creature in d3, the game seems to have same pricinciple background but may not have the comparison you thought,

example- for those who played halo games reach vs 3 vs odst, 3 games close in release and platform, and nothing is similar to how you play,

guess what youll learn to like it or youll stay d2, either way, its not like you can control what happens, play or dont, im lookin forward to it

it will be a very successful game.

i have a feeling ur still gonna buy it.... but yeah i dislike the disability to distribute ur own points. However, because of all the unique features blizzard implemented in this upcoming game, there will still be a huge amount of individuality amongst other characters. I have a huge doubt that people will be almost identical to each other regardless of the disability

As long as Bliz doesn't dumb Diablo3 Down enough to where you can Redistribute Skill points on abilities...that will be fine. Else there will be no individuality.

haha this made me laugh because stats do not change the char what so ever haha its enough str for gear then vit..... the gear is what made the char and thats what it will be in diablo 3.... plus diablo had a very flawed skill system... ever try to solo with a sorc and beat the game solo? you cant... it is impossible without buying a good merc or having someone else kill the immunes. With the new skill tree chars will be able to distribute there skills out evenly and still be good pvp instead of spending most of your skills on synergies then the skill itself. And the noobs are clearly half of the D2 population because it is a game you can just pick up and play for a while at a time and still have fun and be good unlike WOW and thats why ppl buy it. It will have a lot more strategy involved in dueling not just charge!

D3 =/= D2

If you can't solo D2 with a sorce, You should give up completely, and not even try another Diablo game, stick to your WoW.
The ONLY place I see there being a problem is maybe Baals minions...

It's easy enough to solo the game with a sorce...

and in hell diablo good luck killing the sealed monsters because 2/3 are immune to you no matter what type of sorc you are. And when i say solo i mean no buying items to make your guy gg pvm. i mean finding w/e items you can and going in without a torch/anni and a high level setup. i mean lvl 65 in hell doing chaos runs by yourself with a merc that doesnt have a eth fort/andys/infinity. Oh and good luck doing ancients solo. No sorc in expansion can do it w/o trading or getting outside help.
