yes but storm crow gives more damage/ehp than any other wiz helm due to 8% dmg, 4% bonus vs elites, loh.

don't agree. Ideal cm helm would be crit mempo. More defence, much more damage.

both helms are extremely good.

mempo is just for that extra boost of ehp and ias.

Mempo isn't a wizard hat though, it's a helm.

IMO storm crow > mempo too...
with chantodo's, lacuni, witching hour, asi rings/ammy you should have enough attack speed.
and that apoc is needed.
not to mention a crit storm crow is way more practical financially.

mempo is overrated and overpriced a lot, but for end-game gear it's much better. 20 apoc is enough with high aps and you can get loh anywhere else. Also I got healthglobe bonus and 0 loh, still do fine.
