From my experience this is working fairly well for me to get keys at high mp (7-8, even 10 but then takes long).

Still will run out of mana in co-op vs ubers but stop for 3s, cast spirit walk = full mana, and 20-30s spam again.
DR passives help you and minions survive, minions help stop elites to stay put, so you can damage them with bears. It helps the most, of targets don't move, wd can kill packs with even 50mil hp fairly quickly if they don't move around.
I think for ubers, especially in co op, slightly modified version of this would be better, since minions then are not as useful. Maybe voodoo slam dance for party.
It is also missing high range attack, for example spiders, can be annoying vs a3 and a2 keywarden. Problem here is, that bears outdamage spiders by so much, even if you burst bears for like 2 seconds per 10s fight, they still do more damage that if you constantly spammed spiders through entire 10 seconds. So I really see no point in using that skill since it is so weak.
Slow burn is the healer, 6s dot = you need less casts to keep heling going (vs first rune).
Garg with stun rune because stun lasts full duration vs bosses/elites now.
Mass confusion paranoia is also good, but duration is bit short for very high mp, so I found having more minions vs elites more useful, because they are up all the time.
So far main conclusion from my runs is, what helps most: immobilize enemies so you can burst bears vs them, get enough mana regen/cost reduction for very long spam (ideally unlimited). I could add vq, but that will cost me dr passive, so maybe with a variation of horrify with armor bonus. With vq I would regen mana faster than bears cost me.
