From my experience this is working fairly well for me to get keys at high mp (7-8, even 10 but then takes long).

My base regen is 90, with blood ritual and zombie bears cost reduced by 20 + spirit walk 30% mana regen , can spam bears for very long time. Still will run out of mana in co-op vs ubers but stop for 3s, cast spirit walk = full mana, and 20-30s spam again.
DR passives help you and minions survive, minions help stop elites to stay put, so you can damage them with bears. It helps the most, of targets don't move, wd can kill packs with even 50mil hp fairly quickly if they don't move around.

I think for ubers, especially in co op, slightly modified version of this would be better, since minions then are not as useful. Maybe voodoo slam dance for party.
It is also missing high range attack, for example spiders, can be annoying vs a3 and a2 keywarden. Problem here is, that bears outdamage spiders by so much, even if you burst bears for like 2 seconds per 10s fight, they still do more damage that if you constantly spammed spiders through entire 10 seconds. So I really see no point in using that skill since it is so weak.

Slow burn is the healer, 6s dot = you need less casts to keep heling going (vs first rune).
Garg with stun rune because stun lasts full duration vs bosses/elites now.
Mass confusion paranoia is also good, but duration is bit short for very high mp, so I found having more minions vs elites more useful, because they are up all the time.

So far main conclusion from my runs is, what helps most: immobilize enemies so you can burst bears vs them, get enough mana regen/cost reduction for very long spam (ideally unlimited). I could add vq, but that will cost me dr passive, so maybe with a variation of horrify with armor bonus. With vq I would regen mana faster than bears cost me.

now you can get more, helms spawn with more in 1.05, also could get weapon with mana regen, but it isn't worth it due to increased weapon speed (which defeats the point of extra mana regen)

I have experienced some similar isues with WD spiritwalk pre 1,05 with those monsters who buried their hands under the soil and seek 4 u, and create a poison pool. That poison pool hit me and get me out from spirit walk....


Someone can pls confirm that in spirit walk we take damage?

You do not take damage in spirit walk. Read the tool tip "Your link to the spirit realm will end if your physical body sustains 50% of your maximum life in damage" if he was getting hit with the pool it will almost always take 50% of his life which then cancels his spirit walk.

My biggest issue is I run out of Mana. Could my passives be changed to prevent this? Are my passives a good combination right now? I've also thought about getting a 4th Zuni's piece (probably the offhand) for the Mana Regen. Do you guys think that'd be a good route to go?

If you're going to run zombie bears change the firebomb to spiders with the widowmaker rune. The widowmakers are just as effective if not more effective than 4 piece zuni ^_^

/e If you do end up getting the 4th zuni piece your mana regen will just be that much better if you run widowmakers :)

Also, pick up a zunis helm. You can have the same stats as your tals helm with max mana for your WD and that'll get you your 4 piece bonus w/o having to replace your offhand. If you do pick up the zuni helm don't forget about the offhand though, it can reduce your zombie bear mana cost, but more importantly gives a % of extra damage towards elites.
