Where's the official rules all in one place?

Someone should setup an irc or something so we can get real-time answers or duel requests.

I have a decent pair of barb gungo's that anyone can have if interested

Level 30 LLD Rules:
- The usual (No potions, say go before attacking someone, level 30, no cheats)
- No Hellfire rings, Hamburgers or Spectrum allowed.
- You may only use up to Flawless Square gems in your socketed gears.
- No life % regeneration passives allowed (Broodling for DH, Inspiring Presence for Barbs and Blood Magic for WD's)
- Monks are not allowed to use Breath of Heaven.
- Witch Doctors may only use Hex OR Fear at any given time, they may not use both.
- Demon hunters may use one sentry per screen (this apparently is ok with most so i suppose it is up for discussion still, if not already ok by most)
- Life rep is capped on all characters to 50

Dhs with sentry on one screen doesnt even need to be discussed imo xd

And I also think Breath of Heaven needs to be re-evaluated. I consider it much less OP than Inner Sanctuary.
