i heard u can only get CDR on sader sheild.. is it worth getting that instead of lidless?

if you dont have cdr then sure

the 15% free from the passive puts my sader at like 60+ % tho

how does the cdr reduction work wit sheet CDR and Akkan set CDr? which one takes into account first?

I told you CDR is multiplicative

So if you have 40% CDR:

Akkhan set 50% reduced by 40% ==> 70% total, (1-0.50)*(1-0.40)

40% CDR reduced by Akkhan set 50% ==>

if akarat is 90 sec CD, how do u know whcih CDR will take into acct first? Akkans piece or sheet CDr....

if akkans pieces goes into acct first, then it will havee 45 sec with sheet CDR remaining..

if sheet cdr goes into acct first like say 60%.. then u will have 27 sec left with akkan piece remaining..
