After using the critical mass build pre-nerf, i've recently been thinking it's probably still possible to achieve low CD's if you can get the crit rate high enough. They only nerfed certain spells like living lightning, but with a high enough crit, you could really use any spell. Obviously you wouldn't achieve instant CD's like before.

What do you guys think about this?

Just read this guide and it just so happened i was already playing almost exactly like this
cept I use 5man mirror image over diamond skin

im pretty sure this is like the most commonly used build thx to you solid job
