Does Slow time-time warp rune affect whole team or only I do 20% more dmg to mobs ?

What is better rune time warp or stretch time for ubers?

Whole team it's like overawe

ISO them to change that rune on storm armour to just 25% ms, we have like...none. sad time.

Is there a viable magic missile/arcane orb build? I know there is that ww/frozen build but I really want to make mm/ao work.

Arcane orb cc on soj, source, whatever and plenty of apoc.
Can also get MM damage on a weapon, etc.
Move speed will be a lot more important for an aa/mm wizard and efficiency is almost out of the question with regards to CM wizard speed.
The best rune is celestial orb for this in general (I think that's the pierce rune?) as it allows more ticks and as such more AP to spam AA with.
MM with seeker allows for extreme kiting around corners and across long distance with fire and forget.

The build is a lot of fun - that is undeniable - but never as efficient.

Sigh, thanks for the comments. I guess I'll switch up when I'm bored. Do I need more than 12% speed if I want to be efficient with a CM wizard? Or is it still "ok" with 12% MS?

Hey, quick question:

Did blizz ever fix the bug where Magic Weapon - Blood Magic was not recovering life while your wiz is in archon form?

For pure DPS the best gear ends up giving the 25 MS cap anyway, but 12% is fine if you can't afford some good lacuni or inna's.

Got any comments on the gear? I was thinking of changing my helmet to a storm crow for the life on hit. I don't think I can afford one with CC though...
