Fetish Ambush is one of the best skills WD has, I can't believe nobody uses it.  It explodes for 250% weapon damage per fetish, and you cast 5 of them, all with no delay.

I spirit walk into the centre of elite packs, hit vengeful spirit and fetish ambush at the same time, and the mobs are nearly dead...

i use almost same build except soul harvest - vengeful spirit (get inside the pack - kill em - refresh CDs - run on) and instead of garg i use fetish army - fetish ambush (insta kill some elites and CD refreshes by the time you hit next elites most of time)

my char is 88k dps and does alk run in 11-12 mins (could be faster if focused)

I'm the same.  I don't know why the OP doesn't use vengeful spirit and Fetish ambush.  The key to witch doctor are those explosion damage skills.  It's what keeps you moving.  If all you have for damage is acid rain and bears, it would be much slower...
