What's this rev bow you keep talking about?
I've been using manticore, but I kinda miss my old windforce...
I was under the impression that 2h-xbow > anything else
Edit:
Mind if you take a look?

I liked 2 x 1H xbow when I was leveling...how does calamity and something else do ?
Well the whole what is best as far as bows are concerned is EASY if you look at just stat sheet dps, but its much deeper than that in actual game play.

http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/5149013044It's such a long conversation over what is best, and it is also dictated by your survivability and other gear. Calamity is best used with a dead man's 99% of the time because the possible 320 dex/vit and extra 5% ASI is very hard to make up not to mention the bonus damage to skills. I prefer revenant bow based items like the Windforce because they offer a nice damage range, mid range attack speed, and better bonuses from archery.
For all builds you need to get to a point where you ditch sharpshooter which is roughly 42-48% crit chance. You also want to get your attack speed to 2.0 or higher if possible, to generate a good amount of hatred and to avoid being ham-stringed by a couple non crits in a row. Building that with Survivability is the expensive part as DPS doesn't come cheap when you want All-res, armor, and life with it. Keep in mind Discipline is only available on cloaks, quivers, and 1 handed xbows so plan on getting it there before you go spending if you need it. You also can only get % life on shoulders, belt, quivers, chest armor, and possibly jewelry (better to not get it there). 24% movespeed is almost required for a DH to function properly and not feel slow, so plan on getting a second 12% piece if you got it on your boots. Res is also something that can be overdone, as the diminishing returns start kicking in rather early. You are often better off getting 400-500 res then stack vit/life % as it doesn't suffer from diminishing returns.
I will try to look into each individual gear sets but generally speaking I would stop spending money up front, and plan a bit. If you just buy incremental upgrades you will be broke constantly. I wouldn't buy anything that doesn't offer a significant increase unless you are at complete end game and its all that you can get.
