I tried forked lighting - wicked wind + diamond skin crystal - archon tele - force weap blood magic - shocking armor - scramble. Passives crit mass evocation ward?

basically i just switch forked lightning with teleport - wormhole

Hi guys. Im about to turn 60 on my wiz at hardcore and i want to play cb/ww/nova wiz. I already bought a stormcrow wit 450 loh and a dagger wit 750 dps wit 950loh n open socket i will try to get cc and ias as mutch as possible on ammy ring glove bracers but im wondering to farm act1 infrrno mp0 or mp1 wats the minimuk crit hit chance % ias and loh i shiuld expect to have before facimg this? And should i go wit triumviatensource or chantodos force since itgive 8-9 ias and 8-10 critnhit chance? Plz consider i have around 3milliom gold so i cant afford a perfect build.

With those res and hp values, don't you get blown up by mortars on mp5+ when your diamond skin is on CD?
