dont know how I feel about the new turret.

even with custom engi
hmm

lmao just finished reading patch notes

so m6 is basically done.

m6 is not done, its just another way u have to play. Its meant to play more active and m6 will be in the same way to be more resource reliant.
On the one hand it will be more risky to play, on the other hand the damage is boosted if played and geared right

eh

The mechanics seem stupid now.
The time limit and recharge time was difficult enough. I don't understand their logic I suppose.

Now we will just stand in the corner and spam, while hiding behind turrets. Not much more interactive to me.

I did that anyways.

Not to mention do the turrets only fire the spender we are firing?

yes you are basically right. but the thing is now, u are urged to play more active but u gain more damage alltogether. its somehow a change of play but
no big nerve as it seems at first sight.
Of course it will be more challenging since u have to play more tactically, but be honest. m6 marauder as it is now is a no brainer.. plant sentries and run like a chicken :D

btw here is all the info needed:

One quick question mates
Does Bane of the trapped at lvl 25 procs with the distance between sentries-mobs ( spitfire not polar) or it procs only by the wearer distance between mobs ?

I do believe it's wearer distance. The slow aura is only on ur char, not on ur pets.

This.

Not sure if confused on which gem but only your DH will have the tiny aura around here.

Hi guys,

Haven't played since sometime in August and a bit confused when I came back. I did some reading but I'm not sure what to go with for build currently, especially with next patch changes.

Above is what I had before I stopped playing.

If you guys could point me in the right direction for items/skills and what is currently a solid build that would be great thanks

Google the sentry frostfire build. Easiest to gear for. It will be useful for another month before next patch and some of the gear will still be viable anyways. GL and lmk if u have any more questions!

Tried out a ton of stuff last night. Several different combinations of gear and builds. All the below information pertains to getting as high as possible on the leader boards! As usual, you can experiment quite a bit while farming T6! Here is what I determined:

- Using any Quiver aside from a Rucksack is ludicrous! The damage u gain from having those two extra sentries is absolutely invaluable! So meticulous, spines and others are still just stash space.
- Tried out some different bows but obviously kridershot is hard to beat.
- Had to move some gems around to get a bit more all res. With this new sentry dynamic, getting hit is almost inevitable. Id rather not be getting one shot on GR30.
- Currently sitting at around 1.6m sheet dps and 11m toughness. Cleared a GR 37 with relative ease and decided to leave it there for the night.

I played around quite a bit with my Cindercoat and the EA/CA pure fire build and had a lot of trouble. Only having my sentries (with cold rune) doing any kind of movement impair, it was hard to keep the mobs at a safe enough distance. Switched things around to a build not unlike the old frostfire one.

Passives: custom engineering, Ballistics, awareness, Cull of the weak.
Skills: EA (frost Arrow), CA (maelstrom), sentry (spitfire), Vault (tumble), companion. The last skill I haven't managed to figure out yet. Tried marked for Death with different runes, Vengeance, smoke screen....Still haven't decided what I like best.

Still using bane of the trapped, bane of the powerful and enforcer. Thinking imma switch powerful for zeis if I can keep enough distance between myself and mobs. Well see.

I believe that's all for now. Lmk if there are any questions and please post up if u had success with any different builds.

Protip: for sticky situations (jailer, frozen, thunderstorm etc), cast all ur sentries on mobs then Vault around the corner. Hold shift to force your char to stand still and do ur EA/CA spam at a wall or something. This significantly reduces ur dmg output but keeps u relatively safe while ur sentries slowly burn down mobs. Used this while killing a GR 32 boss yesterday on HCS.
