because the only thing that matters is high damage roll, dex, socket and cdr or %dmg based on what you need for the build.

crafting an arcane barb is a million times easier than trying to get a manticore or buriza drop with a good damage roll and 2 of the three other stats.

ie. no 2h crossbow has a good enough unique effect to be worth getting over a really good crafted arcane barb.

no it doesnt work with sentry
nor does any on hit effects
