Ive been working on a more tanky dh build that uses spike trap and grenades. It uses the dh skills and passives to get a nice dr bonus. Here's a links to the setup http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/demon-hunter#QUgdhk!XUV!aZYbZc. I use nightstalker since i don't have a legacy nats set, but that along with the bat companion can easily be swapped out for more offensive/defensive skills. For others who don't use a legacy nats set, ive found that a higher attack speed weap works better, for more nightstalker procs.

e/ let me know what you fellow dhs think about it.

its nice but all the DR is kinda not needed... i can pop shadow power gloom and just facetank everything i dont need setries or other passives.

you should try taking a different rune on shadow power since u have so much other DR

Tank DH build is pretty fun because it does something DHs are not very used to doing with a budget build which is TANK lol. Anyway, I highly agree with you on the high attack speed eg. Calamity choice for New Nats DHs because it helps A LOT with utility from the NS procs.

This thread is dying slowly we need more DHs to post on here lol -- if we get more gearing/spec questions I'm sure I and others here will be glad to answer questions.
