This is why I always recommend barbs to get 8-9 lifesteal, you can see 300k+ dps buffed barbs with 3 lifesteal, its cool its enough for 90% of all mobs, but it gives you issues vs reflect, health link, and imagine reflect health link goat shamans with the shield up TROLOL. Also a lot of high dps barbs take a big shit on their ehp which gives more issues with reflect etc. Its all abt finding a good balance, kinda like detox does.

ya when i roll 8.7% LS + war cry(my standard setup when i uber or fuck around on mp8-10), im like immortal lol. Massive heal ftw (was thinkin of even gettin a LS echo but my 252 str socket one will do for now, not plannin to drop a shit load for another echo). I was just tweakin around on the setups cause i was doin speed mp5 runs for taxi runs with a paid leecher sittin in mf gear, and the only thing that gave me issues were the reflect health link pack (was rollin with 5.7% LS and used WW barb+ HOTA + tough as nail setup for about 6.8k armor...no war cry ofc since i can't ww + hota with war cry. I wished though lol). Even the nados were lowerin my hp and not healin fast enough when i was just tryin to slow kill them with nados :(.
Yup wouldnt it have been mega fun to fight health link reflect molten shield goat dudes LOL.
