so in other words i should go spend 7.50$ to buy something to protect my account on the servers of a multi million dollar company because they cant do it by me giving them atleast 60$ for the game I'm playing?

even if they can't do it with an authenticator I shouldn't be required to get one to protect my account because of the simply fact blizzard isn't doing their job

they even said the reason they were going to make this online only was because of piracy and to STOP THE USE OF HACKS BOTS EXPLOITS

not even a month into the game and we already see the bang up job they're doing

they can't even balance a game they've been working on for 10 years and we expect them to have any idea wtf they are doing on the servers

please.

agreed, you shouldnt have to buy or download shit to make sure your account doesnt get hacked. I played WoW for years never had an auth. I played d3 for less than a week. Cleared all my gold. I aint even mad just sayin.

I've had a FREE authenticator since it's been implemented. I've played wow for years, sc2, now d3. Never bene hacked. Aint even mad either

Yup this morning and I was not playing open and had not since day 1 basically I just bought an item off the AH this morning and was booted PW changed and by the time I could get it changed back(less than 2 min) only char I had been playing my DH was stripped and all my gold /crafting items gone.

And the authenticator is for suspicious activity on your account changing your pass word is NOT considered suspicious and will not be flagged unless you are fast and click the changed pass word email blizz sends out.
