Thought it would be, since -1 lvl off the perfect ilvl63 lvl reduc (18)

but your bow has 98 dps... other bows in that category are 10x that literally

What is peoples opinion about lvl 42 duelling so far? I haven't tried it yet, but from what I've heard, it should be a oneshot fest.

it's basically lvl 60 duelling except gear takes months to find

only thing missing is some runes for skills

no gems in weapons, dps about 16, max life regen 8, standard armor=50% dmg reduction - that gives us 8 dmg and 8 regen per second,
truth be told even if I had 1 life reg I'd be invincible just by running around a wall
