Dude, not sure how you survive with almost NO all res. You got awesome attack speed to freeze everything, but you can't be a reliable party melee wiz with that resists (also, shocking armor with that all res?). Try tal armor with all res, also, I suggest you search chantodo wand with crit damage, rather than socket. Socketed are heavily overpriced, you can find really good .25 ones with 70-90 crit damage that are going to be like two or three times cheaper than socketed analogues.
