Game is not letting me start a public game on the second part of siege breaker, the one that lets you have rakkis crossing wp, only Bridge of Korsikk. Is there a trick here to the start/public/resume method

The trick is to actually beat the Siegebreaker quest on Inferno - takes like 15 minutes.

Im not entirely sure but I think this farm got hot fixed a few hours ago.
Ive noticed to get the map layout not as often and the chest even less often.
It could be bad luck but idk, smells Blizzard stealth nerf hotfix of doom.
