Threw out the wiz for a wd and been playing with a couple builds I like so far

One of the coolest was the zombie dog sacrifice spam build, which I tried cheaply with homunculus, visage of guyua, and a skull grasp I had sniped to sell (had around 6s cd /w passive).

Wasn't that impressed with the damage, even though it was fun - but I was wondering if anyone has invested serious money into the build, so much so that one could abandon the homunculus that kills the dps (Potentially: 9 Visage + 8 Maras + 7 Grasp + 8 Soj = 32 + cooldown passive = 0-1 s).

I'm currently running a budget acid cloud build which I like best for easy farming but I have up to 500m to invest in a kickass build.

Appreciate any thoughts/advice/experiences.

What do you pro WD guys recommend for gearing? not the mf set up, but gear set up for higher monster power lvl games?

Any advice on it? I have about 250mil saved up but don't know what to buy for my WD. I want to be able to farm +mp6 games in 1.0.5.

All my current gears were mostly less than 300k per slot except for Skorn.

i think it not matters that you loose some damage thx to the offhand
its more about health globe spamming / tanking+healing plenty of damage to allow to stand in sacrafice spam range
if you run some dps bild, you can not take this massive damage, and makes you need to take distance / let the dogs walk to target, loosing the benefit from 0 sec cooldown

also, my bad - 1.75s cd with everything, but you're right there is some kiting involved/dog placement if you're not tanking so maybe absolutely perfect stuff isn't necessary even without homu

Only reason i dont want to switch to 1h/off is because i would get too fast and use too much mana
The price might bee too high too (100m is probably limit).
