Replace the EF with a WKL. I can't see any other upgrades for you (if you put crafted items aside) for 800m.

thanks. fair enough. i actually have a 23/6 3.0 LS WKL w/ like 850 dps so i could try using that instead.

So in terms of crafting. i was thinking the order i need to replace would be.. shoulders>bracers>ammy>gloves? any disagreements with that?

Well, you can't get more dps from the shoulders, the only props that are missing are life %, armor and matching second resistance (same applies to the bracers (without life %), I doubt you could improve your dps over there). You could squeeze much more dps out of the amulet (average damage, attack speed), but most likely you won't get resistances, so it's up to you to decide what you actually need. And do you plan to drop OWE?
In addition to that, if I were you, I would use combination strike instead of beacon of ytar, and replace OWE with beacon of ytar once I can afford it.
