Pick one resist and stack it with AR to boost your dmg mitigation.

Also looking on opinions on my spec, i've been reading the other thread with all the different spec. The one i'm using is the one I have always used. Was wondering if there was a different spec that is more suited for my current stats.

You need more vit, I would replace those Vile wards with some Dex/Vit/%life ones (or craft them)
You could also improve that witching hour, get something with dex/vit/%life/Fire resist

I don't know your budget, but more life would help you a bunch, and those 2 slots are lacking.

I'll have to craft better shoulders, bought some better Vile Wards and Witching Hour, let me know what else is a good improvement!

Start crafting shoulders, because you really need to get rid of these vile wards. If I were you, I wouldn't use such low lacuni's. You're missing out on dex, vit, double res and crit chance which you can get from crafted bracers. Besides, you can get those 9 ias easily by buying a pair of trifecta gloves (such gloves aren't very expensive nowadays; I assume that you focus on crafting shoulders and bracers and you won't have an excessive amount of DEs to craft your own pair of trifecta gloves).
In addition to that, you can easily get more than 40 res on all inna's parts.

Start collecting DEs and start crafting after that. You need to replace those crappy vile wards, the bracers and the gloves, and this is the cheapest way to do it.
I have no idea about your budget, but your inna's set is in need of upgrading (alongside the gems in all pieces).
